How much of the Spectra Drops should I take?

These products can effect everyone differently. Some variables that effect the difference in effects are: age, body weight, metabolism, activity levels, etc.

Because of these variables, we do not specify what will work for everybody, as that is an impossible question to answer. Instead, we encourage our users to start with 10-20mg (calculate this strength using the serving sizes on the side of the packaging), and increase the volume as necessary to find what works best for you.
