A friend recommended this to me because I struggle with chronic knee pain after 2 ACL replacements on the same knee. I'm only 22, but I've gotten used to my knee feeling like it's 60 years ahead of me because the pain has been ongoing for about 8 years. But when I started using Arctic Relief stick on it I was in awe of how quickly I felt relief. It feels like little angels come down to sing blissful songs to the treated area and lift this tension away (I know that's a bit abstract but it's the best way I can describe it). I recently developed tendonitis in my wrist and now this product is a go-to whenever I notice the pain starts interfering with my daily life. The relief starts within a few minutes and I'm good to go without feeling restricted by my injuries! Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, I have skeletal issues that I was born with that cause me chronic pain in my L5-S1 disc and ALSO my knees. Using this product allows me to to get through my physical therapy and strength training to corrective my misalignment. Sometimes after long physical intensive days, I credit this product to decrease cramping and throbbing to get a better nights sleep. 5 stars for sure.

I've been using Artic Relief, 2000mg on chronic tendonitis. It's amazing that within a few minutes I forget there was any discomfort at all.
